Aaaarrghh! That's a word, right?! So, here I am, asking myself, "Why am I joining the blogging masses? What do I have to offer that isn't already being said?" Really, there is nothing new under the sun. But hey, I feel the need to write for myself if for no other reason, so here goes! Besides, I joined Facebook and I'm not thrilled about it!
Ok, why am I calling this sucker "My Unfinished Project"? I chose that slick title because I think that life (or at least MY life) can be distilled to that sentiment. It's an unfinished project, filled to overflowing with countless unfinished projects, some worthwhile, some less so.
My preoccupations right now include my fixer upper house that my fiancee and I moved into 1 1/2 years ago, and my impending wedding (5 months and counting!). The latter especially has become an all-consuming obsession and escape from reality. What will I do with myself once there is no more wedding planning? Aaah, here's a thought- I'll blog! Ha ha ha!
